1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, home address, preferred contact method, emergency contact, veterinarian information, your dog’s name and details, vaccination status, training goals, behavior or safety concerns, appointment responses, signed agreements, uploaded files, notes, and communications with us.

When you become a client, we may also maintain service packages, appointment history, amounts billed, payments received, remaining balances, payment-request status, training notes, waivers, and other records needed to provide and document our services.

Our current forms do not ask for or store your full credit-card number, bank-account login, or payment-app password. Payments made through a separate payment provider are also subject to that provider’s privacy policy.

2. How we use information

We use customer information to respond to inquiries, recommend training options, communicate with you, schedule and confirm appointments, prepare for safe training, provide services, manage signed waivers and other documents, maintain account and payment records, send requested balance or payment information, improve our operations, prevent misuse, and meet legal, tax, insurance, or recordkeeping obligations.

If you give separate permission for photographs, videos, or testimonials, we may use that material for training documentation or promotion according to the permission you provided.

3. Website and technical information

Our website and service providers may automatically receive limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, access time, and security or error logs. We use this information to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website and client manager.

We also keep anonymous website activity totals—such as pages visited, general referral source, and clicks on inquiry, phone, or email buttons—to understand which parts of the website are useful. This traffic report does not store names, contact details, form answers, or advertising cookies.

We do not sell personal information or use customer information for third-party advertising. Essential session or sign-in technology may be used to protect manager-only areas.

4. When information is shared

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help us host the website, store records and files, communicate with customers, or process a payment you choose to make. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect a person or animal from harm, to enforce an agreement, or to protect Champion K9’s rights and property.

We do not sell or rent customer information.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accurate business records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, tax, insurance, safety, and contractual obligations. Signed waivers and transaction records may need to be retained even if an active client profile is removed.

You may ask us to correct or delete information. We will honor reasonable requests unless the information must be kept for a legitimate business or legal reason.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain, including restricted access to manager-only records. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send passwords, payment-app login details, Social Security numbers, or full financial-account information through our forms.

7. Communications and your choices

When you submit an inquiry or become a client, you authorize us to contact you about that request or service using the contact information you provide. You may ask us to stop nonessential communications at any time. Service-related messages may still be sent when needed to manage an active appointment, agreement, or account.

8. Children’s privacy

Our online forms are intended for adults arranging dog-training services. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should contact us if they believe a child submitted information.

Our pages may link to social media, map, calendar, payment, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or information practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the current version took effect.
